Gambas Al Ajillo
Also known as Gambas Pil Pil, they are extremely common to see in Spain, and they are traditionally served in a terracotta dish.

- 500 g Shrimp or Prawns cleaned and peeled
- 3 cloves Garlic sliced
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 Cayenne Chilli
- Parsley chopped
- 5 tbsp Olive Oil
- Bread optional
